Sparkle wherever you go!

Here's another clean and simple design for a special birthday we recently celebrated.  The fairy is an old stamp (maybe Studio G?), and I colored it with Prisma colored pencils and gamsol.  Does anyone else still use that technique?  The sentiment is from the Whittle Everyday stamp set from Poppy Stamps, and I added the Tonic Aqua Shimmer for just the right amount of sparkle (with some rhinestones, of course).  I diecut the panel with an Avery Elle wonky frame die.

It gave the birthday girl a smile, so success!  I hope it gives you a smile today too.
